The Management team consists of Chief Engineer, Naval Architects , Master Mariners and a former Ship Superintendent with experience in Class & Statutory survey under IACS ,vessel registration, crew documentation and FSI inspections.

Master Mariner credited with managing all phases of ship operations. Strong expertise in project management and proactively steering strategic operations. Highly accomplished in ship/shore interface and the ability to build and maintain relationships. Well versed with shipping operations for inbound/outbound cargo across international trade lines. In-depth knowledge of standard policies, procedures and Maritime Legislations and in HR trouble shooting. Strategic planning and business development skills. Experience in Pre-Purchase inspection and valuation of vessels. 

SAILESH SASIDHARA PAI 

Technical Superintendent 

Enthusiastic Engineer having graduation in Mechanical Engineering (B. Tech) and Post graduate Diploma in Marine Engineering (GME) contribute to team success through hard work and management skills. Having extensive experience in the maritime industry. Worked as 4th Engineer, Junior Engineer, 3rd Engineer, 2nd Engineer and Chief Engineer on oil tankers and British petroleum vessels. Manages VLCC and Aframax vessels as Technical Superintendent. Experienced in yard delivery of Oil tanker Vessels with latest technology. Have exposure to latest technologies in the industry like SOx Scrubbers, NOx catalytic reduction systems, Ballast treatment systems etc.

Experienced marine engineer with a strong background in shipboard machinery operation and maintenance. With 27 years of experience working on ships, he developed a deep understanding of the duties and responsibilities of marine engineers. Well-versed in documentation, operation, repair, and maintenance of propulsion engines, boilers, generators, pumps, and other machinery found on ships.Safety is given utmost importance ensuring the safe operation and maintenance of all machinery by strictly adhering to manuals and implementing preventive maintenance systems.
